🗑️ Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Piano Play account and all associated data at any time. This action is irreversible — please read carefully before proceeding.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app

Open Piano Play on your device and sign in.

Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon (top-right corner of the main screen).

Scroll down to the ACCOUNT & APP section.

Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

All practice sessions and history

All scores and leaderboard entries

XP points and progress data

Subscription status and preferences

Daily challenge completion records

⚠️ This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
